We have horses, mini donkeys, goats, pigs, dogs, and cats.
We pet, groom, feed, ride, and socialize!
Sanctuary Hill currently offers animal assisted therapy and animal assisted activities. In the near future, our goal is to expand services to equine therapy, working with veterans experiencing emotional and mental health disturbances, forming a mobile animal program for nursing homes and various agencies/homes when it is not feasible for participants to physically attend the farm.
It involves farm-based therapy to create a nurturing and caring environment for adults, children, and animals.
