Description

SALT Outreach runs a mobile day service center for the unsheltered. SALT offers showers, laundry, clothing, and hygiene products through the use of trailers, storage services through a box truck, charging stations, food bags, mail services, haircuts, and case management services. Our case management team sits with each client to do an initial assessment, create a plan, and make referrals to other organizations that can help that person take the next step in ending their homelessness. Our case managers also provide a variety of direct services to help our guests take the next step to end their homelessness with the ultimate goal of getting them into shelter or housing.
