About this Resource

We are a service provider and community movement pioneering a new system of care and support for mentally-diverse young people ages zero through twenty-two years and their families in the Greater Sacramento region.

We are professional social workers and advocates that use a flexible social services model to comprehensively serve the needs of individuals with autism, ADHD, OCD, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, and other brain-based diagnoses, and to also drive system-wide change to improve outcomes for all mentally-diverse young people in our geographic area. We have a wide breadth of expertise and you can think of us as a one-stop shop for high-quality assistance for mentally-diverse young people - we can help with almost anything.
