No one should go hungry. Since 1982, River Bend Food Bank and the St. Stephen's Branch lead the community-wide effort to eliminate hunger in eastern Iowa and western Illinois by partnering with food pantries, meal sites, and community organizations to distribute food to people experiencing hunger in our 23-county service area. We host mobile food pantries, manage school pantry and weekend meals programs, and provide help navigating assistance programs and community resources. Together, we will feed people today and end hunger tomorrow.
