Red Sky Shelter's Yomes are portable shelters that are strong, affordable, and aesthetically pleasing. Part dome and part yurt, the Yome combines the best of both, utilizing ancient principles and modern technology. Yomes are notably more affordable than yurts, and offer a greener and more sustainable design with less material. Red Sky Shelter's yomes are PVC free with silicone coated roofs. Combining the best features of a yurt with a dome, the first Yome was born by designer Peter Belt. Our team has been refining and fine tuning since 1995, and we now offer 4 Yome designs to fit a range of needs and budgets.
