The Rainbow Wellness Collective stands as the sole community center in the state of Minnesota dedicated to serving the 2SLGBTQIA+ populace in Central Minnesota. It is a community-led initiative, established with the primary objective of promoting wellness and inclusivity. All community spaces within the center are designed to cater to diverse needs, and are ADA accessible.
