Located at 2 Wall Street, The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester in collaboration with Amoskeag Health have created a partnership allowing mental health center patients access to primary health care. The goal of this collaboration is to improve the well-being of participating patients through the complete integration of mental and physical health at one co-located site. This location is currently open every other Friday from 8am to 5pm.
