Philly Food Rescue is the food recovery and sustainability arm of Share Food Program, Greater Philadelphia's leading food bank and hunger-relief organization. Our volunteer-facing mobile app, powered by Food Rescue Hero, keeps one half million pounds of food out of the waste stream every month, resourcing 300+ nonprofit, housing, and mutual aid partners across the city, suburbs, and South Jersey. We're adding daily to our network of volunteer drivers (and bicyclists), food donors, and nonprofit partners.
