About this Resource
The Personal Care Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing of domestic abuse in Montgomery County, MD the products they require to maintain hygiene and personal health. We accomplish our mission by partnering with local organizations that assist our target population in other areas of need.
