PATHS offers general primary care medical services including physical exams, vaccinations, labs. Additional services include behavioral/mental health, pharmacy, medication assistance and case management among others. PATHS also provides women's health (OB/GYN), pediatrics and dental services at other locations. PATHS provides adult primary medical and behavioral health services at this location. Pediatrics and Women's Health remain at our 705 Main Street location.
