About this Resource
We are a non-profit organization that with mission to connect everyone in the community with provider. We want to connect our most vulnerable population to healthcare. We want to do this by providing healthcare needs to the homeless, providing healthcare screening services, connecting people with no insurance to providers. We will also educate and provide health community awareness.
