Operation: ADULTing®

Description

Operation: ADULTing™ is the first Millennial & Gen-Z 501(c)(3) formed exclusively to assist historically under-represented, marginalised & at-risk high school & college seniors with aspects of applied adulting (but like the REAL stuff such developing a human resource library, investing in retirement & life insurance earlier on, their rights as tenants (or landlords), properly negotiating a hiring contract and diversifying their career ideas). Let's face it, these young adults are making decisions about the rest of their lives based on very little life experience, if any. We support & develop world class pathways for STEAM focused innovators while assisting with their safe transition into independence while confidently navigating adulthood.
