One Roof is the lead agency for coordinating efforts to end homelessness in Jefferson, Shelby, and St. Clair counties. As a mostly administrative agency, we do not provide many direct services but focus on managing regional partnerships, homeless planning, and resource coordination. Through programs like Coordinated Entry, we connect individuals to community-based services, and housing resources. We also offer training, advocacy, and support for local service providers to ensure equitable, effective responses to homelessness. Through our helpline, we can help guide individuals to the appropriate partner organizations within our network and larger service area.
