Community health center providing accessible and affordable health, dental and behavioral health counseling services. OHHC offers a sliding fee discount program which is based on income and family size. Residents who are below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines may qualify for a discount on the services provided at all five OHHC facilities-Barnesville, Quaker City, Freeport, Woodsfield and Caldwell.
