Nurse Family Partnership at Women's Hospital at Renaissance is a home visiting program for first time moms. A Registered Nurse assists in providing information and resources that promote health and well being during pregnancy and after baby is born. The nurse continues to visit with mom until baby is 2 years old and this support increases baby's opportunities in achieving developmental milestones and minimizing risk factors that can impact baby's health. Our focus is to promote strong relationships by supporting families in Hidalgo and Willacy County.
