In a state-of-the-art medical facility on 55 Chestnut Street in Norwalk, and aboard our traveling Mobile Medical Unit, our patients have access to comprehensive adult medicine, pediatric medicine, women’s health (OB/GYN), behavioral health, COVID-19 testing, and wellness programs.
