About this Resource

The Clinic serves low-income, under-insured residents of the Northern Neck and Middlesex County. Eligibility screenings are held daily.
Medical Clinic: eligible individuals have incomes of 250% or below of the federal poverty level (FPL) and are uninsured, under-insured, or on Medicaid. Services include chronic and acute care, education, specialty referrals, vaccines, labs, tests, school physicals, and specialty clinics.
Dental Clinic: the income threshold is 300% of the FPL. Medicaid and low-income Medicare recipients are welcome. Services include treatment plans, oral hygiene, fillings, extractions, other procedures, and a denture program.
Pharmacy: Open to Medical Clinic patients and others who may need help with their prescriptions.
