North Coast Opportunities, Inc. is a nonprofit Community Action Agency serving Lake, Mendocino Counties, as well as parts of Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Humboldt, and Del Norte counties. We believe in building strong, compassionate, and vibrant communities where all people have an opportunity to participate, contribute, and provide for themselves and their loved ones. We provide vital services to our local community members such as early childhood education and parenting support, resources for adult caregivers, disaster response and preparedness services, and programs that increase access to affordable childcare, safe recreation, healthy food, secure housing, and economic stability.
