About this Resource
We are a local non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to Eliminate Homelessness Among Veterans in Central Florida. Founded in 2008, we have reduced the homeless veteran population of Brevard County by 88%. We specialize in street outreach and prevention activities where we physically engage homeless veteran in the local community to get them into housing, while assisting at-risk of homelessness veterans remain in their homes. Additionally we operate 4 transitional housing facilities in Brevard, 2 in Titusville, 1 in Cocoa, and 1 in Melbourne.
