The mission of Community medical and Dental Care, Inc. (CMADC) is to enhance the lives of the communities we serve by delivering the highest quality and comprehensive and preventive medical, dental and behavioral health services with special emphasis on the uninsured, underinsured, and underserved, while always sensitive to the social and cultural mores of different ethnic cultures in our community.
CMADC opened its doors in 1993. Also known as The Monsey Family Medical Center, we were one of the first community health centers in the area to provide a breath of services in one location. We continue to expand our service offerings in order to best serve the needs of our patients and their loved ones.
