As housing costs continue to rise faster than wages, families are increasingly being priced out of the opportunity of homeownership. Together with first-time homebuyers, volunteers, and supporters, we build brand new homes and sell these homes exclusively to families earning below the median income.

Additionally, we offer affordable home repair services to help preserve homeownership for existing homeowners in our city.
