As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are a resource for wellness, prevention, and quality care. We provide primary care, maternity care, pediatric care, dietary assistance, substance abuse treatment, and behavioral health at all of our offices. We are committed to providing quality health care to patients in our service area, regardless of their ability to pay.
