CSI Support & Development is thrilled to announce the acquisition of McGivney Bethune, a beautiful affordable senior housing apartment located in Northwest Detroit, adjacent to the historic campus of Marygrove College. This acquisition marks a significant milestone as McGivney Bethune becomes a cherished part of our extensive network of co-ops.

Developed in partnership between the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and Marygrove College, McGivney Bethune was built under HUD's Capital Advance Program. This well-maintained property offers 80 one-bedroom units, all of which are fully subsidized, ensuring affordability and comfort for our senior residents.
