Martha's Community Farm is part of Martha's Choice Marketplace and Community Farm, the largest Food Pantry in Montgomery County, PA.. Its mission is to build community through access to healthy food. We serve 25,000 and distribute 2.5 million pounds of food per year. The farm grows fresh food which gets donated to pantries in Montgomery County. Head to our website to see how you can help!
