About this Resource
The Mālama Kidney Center (MKC) team is trained to care for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), specializing in healthcare coordination and wellness. The multi-disciplinary team consists of kidney doctors, MKC nurse practitioner, dietitian, social worker, nurse, behavioral health provider, and support staff.
Our team works with local nephrologists to coordinate care and provide information about community resources to help patients receive the best care and health outcomes possible.
