Luther Center is a sixteen story apartment building located on the banks of the Rock River! Applicants must be 55 years of age or older, or disabled. Luther Center offers one and two bedroom apartments, as well as a number of Assisted Living apartments for seniors over age 60. To receive subsidy for rent, applicants must meet income guidelines as determined by HUD. APARTMENTS AS LOW AS $25 (based on your income)! Apartments are furnished with a refrigerator, range, air conditioner, mini-blinds, carpeting and optional cable service. Luther Center also offers an optional meal program. Noon and evening meals are prepared on-site fresh daily and are available for a very reasonable cost. Luther Center is an apartment located in Winnebago County.
