The Lincoln County Health & Human Services Department serves the community in the following areas: Public Health Mental Health Counseling Addictions Counseling Developmental Disability Services Lincoln Community Health Center - Primary Care​ School Based Health Centers Environmental Health Birth and Death Certificates Lincoln Community Health Center (LCHC) is a community-based, patient-directed organization providing a full array of quality health care services to Lincoln County community members of all ages. LCHC also operates four School-Based Health Centers for school-aged children. The Oregon Health Authority recognizes LCHC as a Tier 3 Patient-Centered Primary Care Home for our commitment to quality, coordinated care.
