Eligible Individuals Are, 62 years of age or older OR Certified Disabled and receiving Social Security Disability and Meet income guidelines and have a demonstrated ability to pay rent.

Our base rents are $650/$750 or 30% of your gross income minus allowable out of pocket medical expenses, whichever is greater.
