Langdon & Anne Simons Senior Apartments is an apartment building owned and operated by Plymouth Housing, a nonprofit dedicated to ending homelessness in our region. One of the largest providers of permanent supportive housing in King County, Plymouth has more than 40 years of experience helping people leave homelessness behind forever.

Langdon & Anne Simons Senior Apartments features 92 studio apartments designed for seniors and military service veterans who have experienced chronic homelessness and who are disabled. As part of Plymouth’s wraparound support, residents have access to 24/7 front-desk staff, three housing case managers, FareStart meal deliveries, two indoor common areas and two outdoor gardens.
