(Not directly affiliated with Oregon Tech or Sky Lakes Medical Center.) For most visits, appointments are required. Walk-ins are permitted if slots are available. COVID-19 testing is available during weekday business hours excluding lunch hour. OK to schedule for medication refills, other testing or interim primary care needs.
