KPFC’s vision is that all families raising youth and children affected by behavioral health challenges will achieve their fullest potential. KPFC’s mission is to empower families affected by behavioral health challenges to initiate personal and systems change. KPFC’s united voice works to: •effect policy changes at the state level, •educate legislators about the needs of children with severe emotional disabilities, •improve services so that all children and families will be able to receive appropriate services in their home communities, and •give a voice to the youth and families that live with this disability every day.
