About this Resource
The Karen Carns Foundation mission is two-fold:
Primary - A child will never be removed from his or her environment of a private elementary or high school education due to a life-changing event that affects the family’s financial situation.
These students have experienced the death or catastrophic disability of a parent or guardian, and without assistance would have to leave the familiar, supportive environment of their current school.
Secondary - To embrace the true meaning of the holiday season, by providing new winter coats to those less fortunate.
