Juniper Health provides primary medical and dental care and a variety of other health services to the residents of Lee, Breathitt, Wolfe, Morgan and Elliott counties. The organization was created to assure the availability of primary and preventive medical care, dental care, behavioral health services, health education and social outreach in an open access model.
