JCOC empowers homeless families, individuals, and veterans to recover from crisis situations and return to being self-supporting, productive, and independent members of our community through hunger relief and housing programs. Office: 762 Independence Blvd., VA Beach, 23455 Hunger Relief programs are located: 1053 Virginia Beach Blvd., VA Beach, 23451 Community Dinner - Everyone who is hungry is welcome. Monday-Friday: 5:30 PM | Saturday-Sunday & holidays: 2:30 PM. Food Pantry - Tuesday and Saturday. Free groceries for everyone struggling with food insecurity. Guests must make an appointment.
