For Judd, “community service” is not just a slogan—it’s a way of life, a value imparted to him by his parents at a very early age. Over 30 years ago, he founded StreetWise Magazine in Chicago, a publication that has helped approximately 13,500 homeless individuals.

As a resident of Aurora for over 30 years, Judd is well known in Aurora, and has a great reputation and presence in the Community. With Judd, you know what you get. He is out and about in the community a lot, and not just at election time.
A Rotarian (and past president) he always strives to emulate the Rotary motto, “Service above Self."

Judd is the founder of Aurora Business United, a large free networking group.
