Hey, I'm Chef Joel Edward Morelli, but my friends call me Joey! I've always been passionate about cooking and giving back to the community. With a background in Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts, I've spent years in the restaurant industry, working in some successful places.
But my heart lies in making a difference in the lives of children in need. That's why I founded Joey’s Food Fight, where we empower and educate kids in orphanages worldwide by teaching them valuable culinary and life skills. It's amazing to see these young ones grow into confident individuals, all while having a blast!
