HOPE is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), located in middle Tennessee. HOPE is unique in that we provide a team-based integrated approach based on each patient's individual and unique care needs. What does that mean? Our patient's access a broad spectrum of services under one roof, and providers from the various services coordinate care as a team to ensure the highest quality of care. HOPE serves both insured and uninsured patients with comprehensive and affordable medical, behavioral health, out-patient psychiatric, on-site pharmacy, insurance enrollment assistance, and dental health services for the whole family.
