Hope & A Future is building a vibrant and inclusive neighborhood where young and old help each other flourish.
We currently run an award winning intergenerational group home--meaning we have an option for staff and their children to live on site. This gives staff a stable home and residents a stable staff. There is a synergy between the needs and strengths of young and old. And a magic to shared intergenerational life. Karin Krause RN, Founder and Executive Director lives on site with members of her family.
Our planned expansion will add 55+ life lease housing, workforce rental housing, affordable child and adult day care and an after school program. Shared indoor and outdoor spaces will be expanded. TIIN@hopeandafutureinc.org
