HomesUnited “Helping to rebuild lives, one home at a time” Mission Our mission is to provide homeless individuals with the support and resources they need to secure and maintain stable housing, while also addressing their physical and mental health needs through care coordination and targeted mental health services. We believe that by working closely with government, non-profit, and business partners, we can make meaningful progress towards solving homelessness in our community.
