About this Resource
The Heritage Community Clinic offers no-cost primary and specialty health care to qualifying adults ages 18-64 in southeast Ohio counties. We provide quality healthcare to people who are uninsured or underinsured. Referrals are provided to other health care providers as needed, as well as assistance in obtaining medications and supplies for qualifying patients.
