Helping Hands of Goose Creek is an emergency assistance center and food pantry serving individuals and families who are experiencing a life crisis situation.
Helping Hands of Goose Creek is the largest food pantry in Berkeley County and we serve families in the Tri-County area.
It is our mission to help these families achieve self-sufficiency regardless of the life crisis event.
We've been a Goose Creek community resource since 1989 and have distributed in excess of one million meals to date.
