Health First Community Health Center is a not for profit, Federally Qualified Health Center. Our mission is to provide high quality, affordable health care and improve the well-being of our communities. Health centers remove barriers to care such as access, financial, transportation and language. Discounts on healthcare and prescriptions are available to eligible individuals, based on income and household size. Walk-ins are welcome.
