Our Hands of Hope America Community Center is located off US 27 in Clermont. We offer a variety of services, especially focused on a many counseling areas. We also focus on many youth programs, aimed mostly at ages 10 – 18, including after-school programs. Sorry, we are NOT able to handle your Daycare challenges here, but we can refer you to services who may be able to help.
Other services handled at the Community Center include: Access Florida/SNAP, After-school tutoring, Case Management, Computer/Internet Access, Credit Counseling, Credit Report Restoration, ESOL Classes, Financial Stability Classes, Free Tax Returns, Mentoring/Leadership, Résumé Building/Employment Assistance, Scholarship Program for High School Students.
