Together, you and your Primary Care Provider work as a team to ensure that you have the best healthcare options available. Established in 1992, our commitment to the whole person is the reason we have become a prominent healthcare leader in Muskegon County. Our expertise goes beyond medical care to include social, economic, and psychological assistance. HCC is accepting new patients of all ages. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and Healthy Kids Delta Dental. OUR MISSION IS TO: Support and promote our patients' total health with Quality, Integrity, Respect, and Compassion.
