Jessica Sharp, RMT operates under the name Gentle Hands Reiki. She is a trauma-informed bodywork and energy healing practitioner and teacher who helps clients with stress relief and pain management. Her work blends Reiki, acupressure, somatic practice and shamanic techniques. Jessica specializes in emotional and spiritual healing for humans and animals, and also does birthwork and hospice Reiki. She is highly trained in Alchemical Alignment, a bodywork practice for trauma resolution. Through the Alchemical Alignment program she has studied developmental reflex integration, which help re-regulate neural networks between the mind and body. She teaches a year-long Reiki mentorship program and various classes for adults and children.
