The City of Florissant participates in the Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program through the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The CDBG program funds a variety of home improvement loan programs as well as public service activities that benefit the residents of Florissant. Also located in this building is the City of Florissant's Media Department.
