First Choice Community Healthcare provides compassionate, high quality dental care at discounted prices for those who qualify. Our focus is on helping our patients achieve and maintain good oral health through regular visits. Often our patients first come to us when they are experiencing pain and dental emergencies. We commonly extract teeth, fill cavities, place crowns and bridges and perform root canals to get our patients back on their feet. We provide comprehensive exams, treatment plans, teeth cleaning, some denture work, but no orthodontics.

We contract with Medicaid and many dental insurance plans.Uninsured patients pay according to their income and family size.
