Family Pathways offers healthy food through our 9 food shelves in Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine Counties in Minnesota and Polk County in Wisconsin. Families and individuals may shop once a month and at additional weekly visits to choose fresh fruits, vegetables, bread, and dairy. Additional assistance is provided about other available resources and services.
