Catholic Community Services-Family Housing Network is a homeless services program for families with children and veterans. Services include a drop-in Day Center for homeless families, Coordinated Entry services for any person experiencing homelessness, Rapid Rehousing for homeless families and veterans, and Permanent Supportive Housing for families.
