Family Health Matters Community Health provides comprehensive primary care health services to every patient regardless of their ability to pay or health insurance status. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, FHM has been at the forefront of affordable, community-based health and wellness in North Orange County. We also offer wellness and education programs, community food pantry events, and enrollment assistance for federal and state programs.
